THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to the VP of Operations.
- 5 Direct Reports
- Oversee maintenance operations for four plants, including vehicles, production equipment, material handling equipment, and facilities, while ensuring safety and efficiency.
- Develop and implement a robust preventative maintenance program, refurbish old equipment, and manage capital expenditure plans for upgrades.
- Lead, recruit, train, and hold accountable a skilled maintenance team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment to the component level, including roll form, metal fabrication, CNC, assembly, and coating systems.
- Manage facilities maintenance, coordinate with vendors/contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain dependable utility systems.
- Monitor budgets, track asset utilization, set maintenance priorities, and drive projects to meet company objectives with minimal downtime.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 7+ Years Experience in Manufacturing or Industrial Environment.
- Management or Supervisory Experience.
- PLC programming, motion controls, and robotic knowledge (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
