- $75,000 -$100,000 + 5- 7% Bonus

- 3 ROLES OPEN: 1 day shift, 2 for 2nd shift 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
- 4 (10) Hour Work Weeks (M-Thurs)
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to the Plant Manager.
- Oversee daily department operations, coordinating employees, equipment, and materials to meet production schedules, safety expectations, and delivery requirements.
- Lead and develop team members through training, performance feedback, accountability, and effective communication while fostering a productive work environment.
- Monitor product quality and workflow, ensuring work meets established specifications and identifying opportunities for process improvements and greater efficiency.
- Coordinate staffing, job assignments, production planning, and material availability while communicating potential shortages or scheduling concerns to appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with maintenance and other operational departments to address equipment issues, support repairs, and maintain consistent production performance.
- Maintain accurate production and employee records, enforce workplace policies and safety procedures, and contribute to broader operational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 5+ Years in Manufacturing Experience.
- 2+ Years in welding, shipping & receiving, or machine shop.
- Team Player with the ability to manage a team.
- Forklift Certification
