Over time, the company expanded its metal fabrication services, offering custom manufacturing for various industries using advanced CAD software and precision laser cutting technology. With state-of-the-art equipment, they provide high-quality cutting, forming, welding, and assembly services with quick turnaround times. Located in South Dakota, the company also offers inventory management solutions and partners with vendors for specialized finishing, ensuring timely delivery and competitive pricing across the lower 48.
WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $60,000 - $80,000 + Commission (Total Compensation $120,000)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across various industries, promoting custom metal manufacturing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends, assist in developing marketing materials, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or metal industries
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings; technical understanding of metal manufacturing processes and industry standards.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
