WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU

• $60,000 - $85,000 +

  • Night Differential of 12.5%

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• 3:30PM – 2:00 AM Monday – Thursday.
• Friday Hours vary depending on production needs.
• Oversee production crew in the machining and fabrication. (25+ employees on night shift)
• Plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures and make recommendations.
• Promote a safe work environment.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• 5+ Years of Experience in a production environment.
• Supervisory or Management Experience.
• Be knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, and inventory processes.
• High School Graduate, or 2 Year Degree (preferred not required).
