THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Collaborate with clients and teams to assess project needs, estimate costs, and coordinate material pricing and availability.
• Oversee job setup, budgeting, scheduling, and documentation, including change orders and RFIs.
• Manage projects by handling personnel, contracts, logistics, and financial tracking.
• Maintain communication with senior management, attend project-related meetings, and ensure compliance with permits and company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, provide employee feedback, and perform regular job site visits for quality assurance.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 2+ Years of Experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interpret technical documents and codes.
• Associate degree in Project Management or a related field.
• Proficient in Fastpipe or similar software and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
