THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Ensure and maintain food safety systems.
- Lead the QA team.
- Conduct audits.
- Monitor and enforce good manufacturing practices.
- Review update and monitor operating procedures and the supporting documentation.
- Conduct employee training on food safety and quality improvement.
- Collect samples.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Experience in Quality Assurance in the food industry.
- Degree in business – preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Software.
