THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage a team of Ag and Commercial Lenders.
- Oversee and manage multiple bank locations.
- Manage and grow an Ag and Commercial loan portfolio.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 4 Year Degree in Ag Business or Related field.
- 5+ Years of Ag and Commercial Lending Experience.
- Management Experience.
- Strong understanding of Ag and Commercial Credit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
