THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Lead growth and strategic planning for the wealth management and trust division.
  • Oversee trust accounts, operations, and client service activities.
  •  Manage, mentor, and support a team of wealth management professionals.
  •  Develop new business through client relationships and referral partnerships.
  •  Guide clients on estate planning and fiduciary solutions.
  •  Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and process improvement.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or related field.
• Supervisory or Management Experience.
• 5+ Years Experience in Trust/Wealth Management Experience.
• Banking Experience – preferred.
