THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to the CFO.
• 450 Employees
• Create your own department, lead the team to analyze and forecast the company’s financial performance.
• Lead strategic initiatives with research, planning and implementation.
• Develop and introduce streamline policies and procedures to establish value-added finance activities.
• Lead finance activities to partner other affiliates and third-party groups.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 10+ Years of Experience, 5+ Years supervisory or management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
