THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Work as part of a hands-on maintenance team focused on keeping equipment, machines, and facilities running safely and reliably.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and air-powered systems used in daily production.
- Help maintain building systems and plant infrastructure to support overall operations.
- Support the setup, installation, and startup of new machines or upgraded equipment.
- Coordinate with production teams to plan preventative and predictive maintenance that minimizes downtime.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- HS or equivalent with an AAS or Technical Certification preferred.
- 2 or more years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and expectations.
- Knowledge of welding and woodworking equipment maintenance.
- Proficient in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, electronic and pneumatic systems and equipment.
