THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Position is a steppingstone to an Ag/Business Banker role, complete Learning and Development Plan, while generating loan volume and achieving goals of the bank.
• Responsible for retail banking duties.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Make credit approval recommendations and prepare loan presentations.
• Assist with underwriting and administering Ag ad Business loans.
• Sell consumer credit, deposit and convenience products.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Ag Business, or related field.
• 2+ Years of Experience of Ag/Commercial Credit or Lending Experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
