Custom Applicator / Operations

WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

• $20 - $25+ /Hour
• Profit Sharing
• NEW Equipment & Sprayer
• M-F 7:30-5:00
• Benefits: Health Insurance (80% paid by company), Dental Insurance, 3% match on 401k
• Acre Bonus $.30/acre
• Chem Rebate Bonus (Approx. $3,000)
• Lime Bonus - $.50 / ton (Approx. $3,500)
• Christmas Bonus
• PTO Vacation – 160 Hours
• Paid OT (Time & Half) after 40 Hours
• Paid Holidays (7)

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• As a Custom Applicator you will apply fertilizer, crop protection products with company’s equipment.
• Assist with daily operations of the facility.
• Responsible for driving truck, hauling and dumping grain.
• Responsible for the recording and maintenance of the application data and log books.
• In this position you will also be accountable for repairing, rebuilding, and maintaining location equipment as needed.
• Assist in other duties as they are assigned, including inventory control and warehouse duties.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Ideal candidate would have a degree in an Ag related field or farming background.
• Clean driving record.
• CDL or ability to obtain.
• Previous experience in spraying, mixing chemicals - preferred.
• Experience operating large farm equipment.
