THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to Director of Engineering.
• 4 Direct Reports, 25 Indirect Reports
• Contribute to the success of the product lines through design and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure product designs are safe, competitive and profitable.
• Oversee all engineering activities.

BACKGROUND PROFILE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical Design – preferred.
• 5+ Years Experience
• Project Management Experience
• Experience in: Creo, FEA, 2D & 3D CAD, PLC Programming
• Professional Engineering Certification-preferred.
• Limited Travel.
