WHAT THE COMPANY OFFERS YOU
- $120,000 - $160,000
- Bonus Potential
- 15% Profit Sharing Annually

- Work Schedule Options: 5 day work week 8 hour shifts, or 4 day work week with 10 hour shifts.
THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Reports to Director of Engineering.
- 4 Direct Reports, 25 Indirect Reports
- Contribute to the success of the product lines through design and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product designs are safe, competitive and profitable.
- Oversee all engineering activities.
BACKGROUND PROFILE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – Mechanical Design – preferred.
- 5+ Years Experience
- Project Management Experience
- Experience in: Creo, FEA, 2D & 3D CAD, PLC Programming
- Professional Engineering Certification-preferred.
- Limited Travel.
