THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• HR Operations & Compliance – Manages daily HR functions, including staffing, leave management, ADA/FMLA, disciplinary actions, benefits, and employee wellness programs while ensuring compliance with all employment laws and policies.
• Talent Acquisition & Retention – Leads recruitment, interviewing, and hiring efforts, particularly for managerial and professional roles; partners with leadership on talent strategy, retention, and succession planning.
• Training & Development – Develops learning programs, tracks training objectives, conducts employee meetings, and manages initiatives to enhance internal growth opportunities.
• HRIS & Reporting – Administers HR systems, ensures accurate data entry for benefits and employment changes, and provides reporting and analysis to support decision-making.
• Employee Relations & Culture – Oversees disciplinary processes, investigations, employee surveys, and special committees to foster a positive workplace culture and engagement.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred; SHRM-CP/SCP or other HR certifications a plus.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, organizational, and time management skills.
• In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations; proficiency in Microsoft Office, HRIS, and TMS systems.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
