THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Supervise, motivate, and train HVAC techs and customer service personnel.
• Monitor quality from the initial phone call to finished product or service performed.
• Work with employees and customers to ensure reasonable solutions are developed.
• Internal protocols, policies, procedures, and systems are being followed.
• Manage and maintain adequate, but not excessive inventory levels.
• Parts ordering for repair jobs.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• AAS with 5+ Years Experience -preferred.
• Project Management and Supervisory Experience.
• Self-motivated professional.
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
• Team Player
• Good Communication Skills
• Quick Learner
