COMPANY PROFILE:

A large manufacturing company with multiple facilities is seeking a Production Manager to add to their growing team in the Southeast SD area. Work for a well-respected company, with great co-workers, and within state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

• $90,000 - $110,000
• 15% Bonus Incentive
• 2% Annual Salary invested into 401k, 4% Match to the first 6%.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Responsible for the daily operations.
• Scheduling and planning.
• Work with quality team to insure quality products.
• Oversee safety performance.
• Utilize your leadership skills to support all shifts in goal setting.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 5+ Years of Management Experience in a Manufacturing Setting.
• Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
