WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

• $70,000 - $90,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Supervise a team of 15-20.
• Oversee / Manager Daily Production Operations.
• Ensure product is produced on time and efficiently, make recommendations for improvements, implement best practices.
• Monitor activity for quality control.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business.
• Manufacturing / Trailer Experience – Preferred.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) – a plus.
