THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- 2 Direct Reports
- Step into current active projects.
- Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to manage schedules, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Transition into estimating responsibilities, including reviewing plans and specifications, preparing detailed cost estimates, and contributing to bid proposals for upcoming projects.
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Project Management.
- Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and ability to interpret technical documents and codes.
- Associate degree in Project Management or a related field Preferred.
- dValid driver’s license and clean driving record.
