THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including income statements, balance sheets, account reconciliations, and general ledger analysis.
• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of journal entries and maintain compliance with GAAP standards.
• Support audit preparation and ensure adherence to local, state, and federal tax requirements.
• Assist in financial reporting and accounting initiatives, including software implementation and process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality and foster strong working relationships within the team.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Related Field.
• Experience with General Ledger, Reconciliation, & Preparation of Journal Entries.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• CPA/CMA License – preferred.
