THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Support financial decision-making through analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
• Evaluate and interpret financial data to identify key trends and performance drivers.
• Prepare and present financial reports and insights to leadership and business partners.
• Build and maintain financial models to support planning and budgeting efforts.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to assess the financial impact of initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial information through regular reconciliation and quality control.
• Contribute to process improvements aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members.
• Utilize analytical tools and data systems to manage, document, and report financial information.
• Remain adaptable and open to learning new analytical tools or methods as needed.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Data Science, Economics, Math or Related Field.
• Experience in Financial and Data Software.
• 5+ Years of Financial Analytics/Business Analytics Experience.
• Understanding of Financial Statements & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Financial Services Experience -Preferred.
