THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Responsible for timely and accurate credit risk information.
- Loan review for compliance.
- Assist in meeting the credit department goals by understanding and building knowledge to lead a, train and develop bankers, support specialists and lending procedures.
- Monitor current credit portfolio.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Ag Business, or related field.
- 5+ Years of Experience in Credit Analysis & Underwriting Ag/Commercial Loans.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Prior Management Experience – preferred.
