THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- Manage bank daily operations and employees.
- Commercial / Ag Lending

BACKGROUND PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Ag Business or Related Field.
- 5+ Years of Ag or Commercial Lending Experience.
- Previous management experience is a plus.
- Excellent oral and communication skills.
