WHAT THE POSITIONS WILL OFFER YOU:

• $85,000 - $110,000 + Bonus of $10,000 - $20,000

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Reports to President.
• Planning & Reporting: Prepare meeting agendas, weekly notes, 3-week lookahead schedules, and generate daily job-site reports.
• Coordination & Oversight: Manage employees, equipment, and daily/weekly activities, ensuring plans and specifications are followed.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe job site, adhering to OSHA guidelines and standards.
• Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and lead pre-installation meetings with subcontractors.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• 5+ Years Experience in Commercial Construction Projects (Schools, Commercial Businesses or Governmental Projects)
• Skilled in the following: MS Word, Excel, Project, ProCore
• Ability to maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Self-Starter
• Team Player
