THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Be a key member of the executive management team.
• Oversee Compliance within the bank.
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 10+ Years of Bank Compliance Experience
• CRCM or CAMS or other industry certifications desired.
• In-depth knowledge of BSA/AML regulations, OFAC regulations, & Fair Lending Community Reinvestment Act
• Excellent Organizational & Communication Skills
