THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Lead the development, organization, and maintenance of the bank's corporate policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Serve as the bank's corporate legal counsel, coordinating legal work with outside counsel as necessary.
• Collaborate with senior officers to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and legal compliance of policy statements.
• Provide guidance to the President on secured lending issues, including documentation, procedural requirements, and practices.
• Perform Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering (BSA/AML) duties and ensure compliance with regulatory policies.
• Support staff training, professional development, and the bank's community involvement initiatives.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Law Degree
• 5+ Years of Legal, Trust, Wealth Management Experience
• Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills.
