COMPANY PROFILE:

A large manufacturing company with multiple facilities is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to add to their growing team in the Sioux Falls, SD area. Work for a well-respected company, with great co-workers, and within state-of-the-art facilities and equipment.

WHAT THE COMPANY WILL OFFER YOU:

• $55,000 - $75,000
• Plus a potential of 5% Bonus
• 2% Annual Salary invested into 401k, 4% Match to the first 6%.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Oversee all daily operations of the warehouse and shipping departments.
• Manage inventory.
• Manage shipping department team members.
• Scheduling, create and implement training programs for team members.
• Monitor outgoing shipments.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• Experience with bar coding processes & equipment.
• Management or Supervisory Experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or Related Field.
