THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

• Be a valued team member and work daily with our Commercial Lenders and loan customers.
• Cultivate relationships with customers while addressing challenges and providing solutions.
• Prepare loan documentation.
• Conduct UCC searches.
• Securing UCC and Mortgage releases.
• Obtain title certificates and certificates of good standing.
• Develop, organize, administer, and maintain loan files.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

• 1-3 Years of Exposure to Commercial Lending
• Administrative Experience
• Strong Communication Skills
